“Scott is an upstanding, trustworthy, thorough and personable general contractor. I found him from the BBB and contacted him regarding repairs to a porch on a house I have under contract and told him I was under a time crunch. I was impressed that he drove out to AMI to see the house the day after I contacted him. He followed up immediately after seeing the house and very honestly told me that he will not make the repairs. There was too much work to be done on an original deck, and so much was no longer to code that he did not want to get into a project where one repair would lead to another and cause him to have to go back to me frequently to add unforeseen work to the project. Another contractor refused the job as well. While he has not done any work for me, I can still see why his reviews are impeccable.”
